Anxious, low, or can't focus? Let's talk.

If you’re in crisis or thinking about hurting yourself, call or text 988 now. In an emergency, call 911. This practice is not a crisis service.

What's included

What these visits cover.

  • Mild anxiety and worry
  • Low mood and mild depression
  • ADHD evaluation and ongoing care
  • Medication options, when they make sense
  • Referrals to therapy or a specialist when you need more

Some ADHD medicines are controlled substances. Federal and Arizona rules on prescribing them by telehealth have changed several times, and I'll explain what applies to you before we start.

How the visit goes

Three steps, start to plan.

  1. A private conversation

You talk, I listen. What you're feeling, how long it's been going on, and how it's affecting your days.

  2. A plan made together

That might mean therapy, changes to sleep and routine, medication, or a mix. We decide together, and you stay in charge of your care.

  3. Follow-up that fits

We check in to see what's helping and adjust from there.

What it costs

Your price, before you book.

Specialty visits are priced to what you need. Email or text, and you’ll have the price before we meet. Self-pay, with no insurance in the middle.

Questions

Mental health, answered.

Something else on your mind? Text 602-528-9974.

Is this therapy?

No. These are medical visits. We can talk through options, including medication, and I'll refer you to a therapist when that would help.

What if my symptoms are more than mild?

Some conditions need a psychiatrist or a specialist team. If that's what's going on, I'll help you find the right next step.

Is my visit private?

Your visit is one on one, and your health information is kept confidential. [Confirm Aaron's video platform and privacy setup.]
