Why this practice

Small on purpose. Personal by design.

A lot of care today is fast, crowded and hard to read. You wait for an appointment, see whoever is free, get a few rushed minutes, and find out what it cost weeks later. I wanted to offer the opposite.

So Definitive Care is small on purpose. Visits are by video or phone, priced low and paid directly, with no insurance in the middle. You see the price before you book. You see the same clinician every time. And I'd rather take a few extra minutes to listen than rush you toward a prescription.

I'm building this practice the way good practices have always grown: one patient, one conversation and one referral at a time. If someone you trust sent you here, thank you. I'll take good care of you.

My promises

Six things you can count on.

Care starts with listening. Here's what that looks like every time you reach out.

  • You'll always see me.

No rotating providers. The clinician you talk to today is the one who follows up.

  • You'll know the price first.

Prices are posted, and specialty visits are quoted before you book. No insurance in the middle, and no surprise bill from me.

  • I'll listen before I decide.

You get time to explain what's going on in your own words, before we talk about a plan.

  • I'll be straight with you.

If you don't need a medication or a test, I'll say so. If telehealth isn't enough, I'll tell you where to go instead.

  • Your privacy matters.

What you share stays confidential, and your information is never sold.

  • You can reach me.

Call or text the same number you book with. No portals, no phone trees.
